Privacy Policy

The short version: the only thing this site collects is your email, and only if you choose to join the list. Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser.

Who runs this site

37xBetter is a personal, educational project. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@37xbetter.com.

What we collect, and what we do not

If you join the email list, we collect your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it. That is all. The calculators run entirely in your browser: the salary, loan, and investment figures you type are never sent to us, never stored, and never seen by anyone.

Why we collect it

Only to send you the guide you asked for and an occasional money note. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.

Where your email is stored

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to run the email list. Your email is stored on Kit's servers, which are located outside India. By joining, you consent to it being processed there. Kit publishes its own privacy terms on its site.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent, at any time. Unsubscribe from any email, or write to hello@37xbetter.com and we will act on it.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If we add privacy-friendly analytics later, we will say so here, and it will not identify you personally.
