Privacy Policy

The short version: the only personal data this site collects is your email, and only if you choose to join the list, get the free planner or take the free course. Everything you type into a calculator stays in your browser.

Who runs this site

37xBetter is a personal, educational project. For any privacy question or request, write to hello@37xbetter.com.

What we collect, and what we do not

If you join the email list, we collect your email address, and your first name if you choose to give it. If you ask for the six-month reminder after the Money Checkup, we also store your result tier, the name of the one move it suggested, a link to the matching tool, and the date. We never store the amounts you entered. The calculators run entirely in your browser: the salary, loan, and investment figures you type are never sent to us, never stored, and never seen by anyone.

Why we collect it

Only to send you what you asked for, such as the free planner, the link to the free course or your Checkup reminder, and an occasional money note. We do not sell, rent, or share your email with anyone.

Where your email is stored

We use Kit (formerly ConvertKit) to run the email list. Your email is stored on Kit's servers, which are located outside India. By joining, you consent to it being processed there. Kit publishes its own privacy terms on its site.

Our free email course, The Un-Selling, runs on Gumroad. If you sign up for it, you give your email to Gumroad on its own page, Gumroad sends the six course emails, and your email is stored on Gumroad's servers, which are also outside India. Gumroad publishes its own privacy terms on its site. You can unsubscribe from the course from any of its emails.

How long we keep it

Until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Every email we send carries a one-click unsubscribe link.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, you can ask us to show you, correct, or delete your data, and you can withdraw consent, at any time. Unsubscribe from any email, or write to hello@37xbetter.com and we will act on it.

Cookies and tracking

We do not set advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits to pages. It sets no cookies and does not identify you personally.

Grievances

For any data grievance under the DPDP Act, contact our grievance point at hello@37xbetter.com.
